Not only in your work context, but also in private life you are part of communicative processes and thus, at times, naturally also involved in interpersonal conflicts. By analyzing together your behavioral patterns, roles, values and the structures defining your current situation, you learn to deal more constructively with your conflicts. The goal of conflict coaching is a deeper understanding of conflict situations and the various people involved - bringing in their personalities, and coming from different generations and cultural backgrounds. Through self-reflection and through working on your communicative competencies, you will be able to view diverging interests as an opportunity rather than necessarily a problem, and better understand your own and other people’s needs. By these means you will be able to anticipate and, to some extent, prevent conflicts, or to enter them in a more constructive way.
